@feisal_4.0: 🚨 Back in 2011, Luis de la Fuente was SACKED by Alavés while managing in Spain's THIRD DIVISION... ❌😳🇪🇦⬇️ At that moment, it felt like his managerial career was OVER. He then spent more than TWO YEARS unemployed, with no club willing to give him an opportunity. 💔 But instead of giving up, he took the long road to the TOP. Rather than chasing jobs at big clubs, De la Fuente devoted himself to developing Spain's next generation of talent - coaching the country's youth national teams from U19 to U21 before eventually earning the senior job. 🇪🇸📈 When the Spanish Football Federation appointed him as Spain's head coach in 2022, many QUESTIONED & CRITICIZED the decision. With several high-profile managers available, plenty of people believed Spain had settled for the wrong man. He answered every single doubt on the pitch. 👏🔥 And the most remarkable part? Luis de la Fuente has NEVER managed a first-division club. Instead, he built his entire coaching career within Spain's national team setup. 🏆 UEFA U19 European Championship 🏆 UEFA U21 European Championship 🥈 Olympic Silver Medal (Tokyo 2020) 🏆 UEFA Nations League 2023 🏆 UEFA Euro 2024 🏆 FIFA World Cup 2026 Even more special, many of the players celebrating World Cup glory under him were the very same youngsters he coached years earlier in Spain's youth teams. ❤️🇪🇸 This wasn't built overnight. It was years of patience, development, belief, and continuity. This is what a TRUE long-term project looks like. Trust the process. 🇪🇸❤️ WHAT. A. JOURNEY. 🫡👏
