Im a nail tech so I had this new client she was taking shi on the phone about me and saying she would never come back, she didn't say it but I could tell, the whole appointment was awkward and she she didn't trust me at all, the nails were tea and by the end of the appt she asked me when I had time for toes I told her I'll lyk, she keeps texting me and hell no she aint sitting in my chair ever

We had a lady do this once. Over the fact our cook told her the prices of our lunch specials (apparently someone wasn’t ringing her up correctly). She got mad bc he told her the price of the lunch specials is ***$ per serving and she got mad and was like but someone been charging me that for two. And they got into and she threatened him. OVER THE ORICE OF FOOD. Anyways she said she wouldn’t come bck but she’s been back several times after that and even bought food still.

i had a guy who was in the driving cart thing and he got mad because i get told i can’t press any buttons for him mind you his arms and hands work fine and he said im never coming back here and how he spends thousands here like i dont or that nobody else does
