It's very hot during the day, so everybody is out and about once the sun sets, it's not as hot and the shopping centers and restaurants are open till late....

It’s still really hot out so people don’t go outdoors much, maybe only at night. You need to go to the hotspots during the evening/night such as Oman mall, Shatti Al Qurum, Al Mouj, Madiant Sultan Qaboos .
