id never confront neighbor directly because its miserable to live near someone who you have beef with. better to have landlord approach them or perhaps call 311 and complain. city really good about following up on 311 complaints and your landlord potentially getting fined is strong motivation to fix issues

Mentioned this on your other video on Instagram, I almost got scammed from ca but then I was thinking how can I figure out how to get an apartment without paying so much money to travel to New York and I found a Taskrabbit girl who was amazing! She was like a personal assistant with the legal background and she was able to go see a couple places for me on FaceTime and I met the landlords even on FT and she knew the area cause she was from here- so she gave me really honest feedback - she was a life saver
