I‘d argue it‘s basically the inverse of Kyubey. Madoka and him share a similar color palette but while Kyubey‘s is white for purity and red for violence/evil aka deception masked as purity, madoka‘s pink and white color scheme is kindness and love masked as purity. One is a contradiction, the other is a virtue. One is using the concept of purity as a tool to manipulate girls into sacrificing themselves without knowing about it from the start aka his deceptive nature, and the other is purifying the girls at their lowest moment and gives them kindness and love as compassion. This is why Madoka was the only one able to rewrite the law of the universe. The incubator species represent the laws of the universe and on a deeper level they represent the patriarchy and the innate cruelty of the expectation of feminine sacrifice. The show is about witches after all. And those in european culture have symbolized a slandering of women that fall out of line so to speak. Demonized for not being pure enough in their femininity. Madoka is in many ways a symbol of what actual uncorrupted feminine sacrifice would look like. Because in the system before her change, what it looked like mirrors the way young girls are treated (especially in japan) the magical girl job reflecting how girls have to grow up fast, do chores etc unlike boys their age, have to suppress their own feelings and struggles, have to be quiet about how it hurts them, and once they break from the pressure or get demonized for doing everything right, they begin to break apart from the script like getting mental illness or disabled and get stamped with the witch label. That‘s a metaphor on how many girls, especially in deeply patriarchial households and cultures get treated. Like secret warriors with a thankless job nobody sees and a struggle they cannot make anyone notice. Even menstruation could be part of that in how girls experience that every month and yet society will demonize them for not hiding it well enough. Madoka in the show watched her friends all succumb to that system in a magical metaphorical way. There is even a direct parallel to the show‘s meaning when sayaka in the bus lectures two (1/2)
