in the most respectful way possible, just want to point out that you are both white females and there are certain advantages built into this system that people of color don't get. Obviously doesn't mean it wasn't difficult bc I can't believe the things you've been through honestly, and at the hands of adults who were supposed to protect you. I just want to make sure us white people keep ourselves accountable to understanding and acknowledging the realities of the experiences of people of color in this country
