@hopewellck: Sometimes we're so hard on ourselves that we forget our own worth. On the days when you feel like you're not enough, remember that your struggles don't define who you are. You are loved, valued, and worthy. 🤍 #YouSay #LaurenDaigle #YouAreEnough #SelfWorth #FYP

The A/F (Air/Fuel Ratio Sensor), also known as the air-fuel ratio sensor or wide-band oxygen sensor, measures the oxygen concentration in the exhaust gases so that the ECU can determine if the mixture is rich or poor and adjust the fuel injection timing. It is installed normally before the catalytic converter (Bank 1 Sensor 1, B1S1). Unlike the conventional narrow-band oxygen sensor, the A/F allows measuring the mixture deviation from the stoichiometric ratio with greater accuracy, both in rich and poor conditions. 1. How does it work internally? The sensor uses an electrochemical measurement cell and an oxygen pump cell made of zirconium dioxide ceramic material. 1. The exhaust gases enter the sensor's diffusion chamber. 2. The measurement cell detects the oxygen concentration inside that chamber. 3. The ECU or sensor control circuit regulates the pump cell current to maintain an internal reference condition. 4. The magnitude and direction of that current allow determining whether the gases correspond to a rich or poor mixture. 5. The ECU uses this information to correct the fuel injected through the closed loop control. 2. What signals does it receive and what does it deliver? Heater power supply: Normally 12 V from the relay or power supply circuit Pump control PWM or electronic control from the ECU, often by mass Pump measurement and electronic control of the pump cell polarization Return current signal Pump current related to the oxygen concentration Electrical reference: Reference circuit of the controller, not necessarily chassis mass #fyp#viral #tiktok
