@francesnadia: Pho Momma might have some of the best pho in Sacramento! Everything we tried was delicious and affordable. We got the pho noodle soup, fresh spring rolls, and chili oil wontons, and every dish was a hit. The flavors were so unique and delicious that it’s honestly hard to explain. You’ll just have to try it for yourself! Pro tip: Get there early! We arrived right when they opened and there were already about 30 people ahead of us.
