my problem with Steve,mainly in Civil War is that he is so sure about his own moral righteousness that he turned everyone who disagreed with him into an an enemy,I mean he has good reason to distrust the government considering the events of winter soldier,but in civil war he is not fighting the government,he is fighting his friends,he essentially gave up on his team the moment they disagreed with him,he knows that Tony is doing what he thinks is right,he knows that Tony has no ill Intentions like Hydra,but he is not willing to understand the situation,But when you look at Tony,when Steve disagreed with him,he didn't turn him into an enemy,Tony still respected Steve,he still considered him a friend,and he treated Steve with the Grace of someone he went to war with.Both Steve and Tony's positions are understandable,but the way Steve handled the situation was distasteful,which is ironic considering Tony was the one with a bad personality

And nobody talks about the fact that Iron man lived with a constant fear of dying because he couldn’t stop aliens (as seen in age of Ultron) and then he actually died trying to stop aliens (endgame) 😭

Tony never hesitated 😭😭!!! Yes he was always ready to make the “sacrifice play” but I am still hurt about endgame because he had no reason to assist with Time travel, he had Pepper and Morgan!! But he still left oh my Tony 💔he could have been selfish.

Iron Man was selfish throughout. Ya’ll only like him because Cap knew Bucky killed his parents. The only thing Iron Man ever did was die in Endgame. He was willing to sacrifice himself for people even when he had nothing to gain, no guarantee of winning, and sometimes no chance of surviving. He jumped on a grenade before he was even a soldier. Steve deliberately crashed the Hydra aircraft into the Arctic to prevent its weapons from reaching populated areas. He said goodbye to Peggy, knowing he might never see her again. Steve opposed the Sokovia Accords because he feared surrendering independent judgment to political authorities could prevent the Avengers from helping people who needed them. He also fought to protect Bucky from being judged solely by crimes committed while brainwashed. Steve fought alongside the Wakandans and the other Avengers to protect Vision and prevent Thanos from completing the Infinity Gauntlet. He continued to resist even when Thanos proved overwhelmingly powerful. After Thanos's forces destroyed the Avengers' compound, Steve tightened the strap on his broken shield and prepared to face the entire army alone.
