@sarahmariehawkins: One week ago today, I took my studio out into the world and painted live at Vine Bar for First Friday. A blank 30x40 canvas, two hours or so of painting, music, a little wine, and a whole lot of friendly faces. Thank you to everyone who stopped by to watch the work unfold. I had no idea where it'd end up, and that's exactly what I loved about it. Every person who showed up made this a night I won't soon forget. The finished piece, Whatever Happens Next, is now up for auction through Tuesday, October 13 at 8 PM ET, with 50% of the proceeds benefiting Lancaster Creative Reuse. You can find the auction and bidding details in my pinned post on Instagram. 🖤 A huge thank you to Vine Bar for having me and Lancaster Creative Reuse for all the incredible work you do to make art supplies accessible here in Lancaster, PA. #lancasterpa #firstfriday #vinebar
