adrielmide :

Floss is arguably the most important tool many ppl forget it

Dr Yewande | Dentist 🦷 :

As a dentist I approve but be careful not to over brush and cause abrasion /gum recession also use mouthwash before not after brushing!! & make sure you’re also getting your regular dental check ups every six months and see a hygienist for a clean every six months 🙌🏾

divine ᥫᩣ :

no hunny! floss, mouthwash THEN brush cos you’ve just washed out all the toothpaste from your mouth. spit dont rinse🤌🏾

taylor 🧸 :

yeah don’t let anyone ask him a question again man

Bev :

Floss, tongue scrape, mouthwash, brush last so you retain the fluoride

Delacee :

mouthwash before toothpaste bc toothpaste has more fluoride !!!

Travel Through Life 🌍 :

finally someone who knows to order original crest strips from America 😏 tip: you can log into American Amazon from UK and order via that 👌

Siwu🫧 :

Step 1: get pink stuff

Princess Vikkie :

CREST ONCE A MONTH ??? AS IN ONE PACK OR ONE STRIP?????????? I use a whole pack of strips once a year because it’s very harsh on your teeth 😁

coochie mane :

Destroying your enamel omg

Aia :

Don’t use mouthwash straight away because it wash off all the fluoride from the toothpaste. Toothpaste contains fluoride it’s beneficial for your teeth to maintain the enamel strength and prevent caries. Don’t over brushing your teeth it wear enamel and cause sensitive. Also introduce floss into your routine. Xx

twitch.tv/mj419er :

mouthwash after brushing removes majority of fluoride after brushing🥲 u wanna use it before u brush ur teeth and never rinse toothpaste with water, gotta jus spit it out 🥰🫰🏾

nola :

taking enormous care of your teeth includes flossing that’s damn near the most important step

Den Dairy❄️ :
