sadly this isn't entirely true. I spent my life learning welding, and now it's all done by robots. there's nowhere to work for human welders anymore

I’m an insurance inspector on one of the things I ask is how much total sales are for the year how much your base operating expenses are as part of the inspection. The top three jobs I would advise anyone to get into. Would one on a vape shop, obviously in a good location number two open up a lawn maintenance company in the south where it’s warm all year round and number three the oil industry. There’s so many jobs in the oil industry that you can do to include being an oil broker, which means you’re buying oil from independent oil rig owners, and negotiating the price to include the transportation and you get a cut of it.

idk. I know people with doctor's degree and they dont get that much and I also know people that sell carnitas and they have lots of money. I think it all depends. Maybe you have a bachelor's degree but also you have the skill to perform your degree at work. Maybe the problem is that a lot of people dont know what to study or what to do and study something they dont like or they are not good at it .

Back in the day it was a degree and my generation complained that we should be hired by skill and prompted on that skill and we would get bypassed by someone who had a degree. Today they want the skill. Can’t win for losing.

Trades are great as well. There's something for everyone. College teaches you how to deal with the world, how to manage people, learn self-discipline, as well as give you an education. It was bigger than formal education to me
