Working 3 days a week is the sweet spot. You could always have the kids in nursery on different days across the 3 days so your mum only has 1 child at a time on her days. I have 2 kids, and my mum does 2 days and has 1 kid when the other is in nursery. So they only do 2 days each in nursery. The funding if streched across the year covered them for 2 nursery days each. We then only have to pay daily top up fees (food etc.). Maybe you could do something similar depending on what your mum can do. x
