In the New Testament, "the Lord’s Day" (Greek: kyriake hemera, appearing in Revelation 1:10) refers to Sunday, the first day of the week, set apart by early Christians to commemorate the resurrection of Jesus Christ

it’s pretty straightforward. The Bible never says “Saturday” or “Sunday” because those are modern day names. It says the Sabbath is the seventh day. Exodus 20:8–10 says, “Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy… but the seventh day is the sabbath of the LORD thy God.” Genesis 2:2–3 also says God rested on the seventh day and blessed it. Leviticus 23:3 again calls the seventh day the Sabbath. Sunday is the first day of the week, not the seventh. The New Testament does show Christians gathering on the first day of the week, like Acts 20:7, and Jesus rose on the first day of the week. But nowhere does the Bible actually say, “The Sabbath has been changed from the seventh day to the first day.” So if you believe Sunday should be the Christian day of worship, that can be argued from Christian tradition and the resurrection. But if the question is strictly, “What day does the Bible call the Sabbath?” the Bible repeatedly says the seventh day.

Sabbath started early morning of Saturday, because in ancient Hebrew calendar Sunday is the First day of the week, so Saturday is the 7 day of the week 🙏
