Police say Carrasco pushed 23-year-old Nathaly Ramirez and her 8-month-old baby from a 15th-floor Bronx balcony — Nathaly didn't survive, but her baby girl is stable at Cohen Children's Medical Center after being flown there by helicopter from Jacobi.
