Graves disease causes the face to.do this and its awful. Not everyone has this outcome but going unmanaged it can cause horrible problems appearance wise.

I remember reading something once about eyes like that. Peoples eyes can change to be bulging like that after seeing some type of extreme trauma. So maybe she’s going through some things we don’t know about.

I mean she looks weird but I'm wondering if she isn't being mentally terrorized and her husband sucking the life out of her. I lost a huge amount of weight bc of stress and being in a really hateful relationship. I could def see this being a severe case of PTSD. a relationship really bad WILL absolutely changed your looks drastically. she could also be sick or something. it's odd appearing but I bet its this or something

It looks like when female body buikders take sterouds. the enlargement and elongation of the nose, the adams's apple, the shoulders, I would assume thinning hair too, requiring that wig. Also it looks like she has had buccal fat removed from her cheeks hollowing them out, and lots of filler in her face and neck which has migrated and moved. She also might have had surgery on her eyes to raise the eyebrows or get rid of crow's feet. Possibly other facial surgery, maybe to try to get rid of the effects of the steroids. Basically, she's a mess.
