@quickfinesse: Your PC can now make iPhone apps. xtool is a free, open source replacement for Xcode that builds, signs and installs iPhone apps from Windows (through WSL) or Linux, no Mac needed: github.com/xtool-org/xtool. Joshua Warren's kit adds App Store upload and Flutter: github.com/joshuaswarren/omarchy-apple-dev. Setup happens in the terminal, and their step-by-step tutorial (about 30 minutes) walks you to your first app: xtool.sh/tutorials/xtool/first-app. Your password only goes to Apple and nothing is stored online, but the free sign-in uses Apple's private sign-in, so use a spare Apple ID like xtool's docs suggest. What app would you build first? #iosdev #opensource #coding #apple
