I understand that Till's character having a crush in Mizi in Alien Stage was important, but I believe that in Zombie Stage we could have a different version of that, just like Sua, who in Alien Stage was considered "too sweet with Mizi" or whatever people said, and in Zombie Stage Vivinos shows just how blatantly toxic Sua is. As for Till, I believe the critique Vivinos wanted to make about Mizi's relationship with men who invalidate her has already been made. They could give Till the opportunity to have other love interests without just being the boy who likes a lesbian girl. We could perhaps have Till liking Ivan back without the confusion of liking Mizi in the middle? Or maybe just the rebellious boy fighting for his rights? But yeah, I know none of that will happen because Vivinos is just taking Alien Stage and putting it in other words in Zombie Stage.

btw the characters' personalities can be built not only on superficial love. like, I can perceive Ivan separately from t*ll because he has an internal conflict, unlike t*ll, who is just "unrequitedly in love and talented," lol. even luka has more personality and can be easily perceived without hyuna (yes, she was also his love, but at least that's not his only trait). and if someone writes to me that sua is also not perceived separately from mizi, then these are completely different things, because sua and mizi had a codependent relationship, and till is just stupid

Liking Mizi is a small but important part of Till. So it would still be there…but I just hope we will see more of his real raw emotions towards Ivan too even if it’s mixed with hatred, and towards Mizi, it’s just a crush…like how we have celebrity crushes…Even in alnst, Till’s emotions for Ivan were always much deeper, Ivan was with him all the time, Till just nvr faced those emotions and pains.

Alnst fandom refuse to accept Till only crushed on Mizi and not Ivan. Yes he cared for Ivan a lot but not romantically. Their relationship isn’t about a guy who didn’t realize his feelings for Ivan but a guy who is ashamed for the death of his friend + he wasn’t able to answer and hive back this love for Ivan and he didn’t realize how much cared for him. So in my opinion it’s not a problem if Ivtl is one sided but all the fandom is mad because they obviously want a gay ship being canon not semi canon.

I get that. I still don't want it to happen because it doesn't make sense to me to rewatch the same story. I was kinda disappointed seeing zomst because the characters where really similar to the original. the message is the same but less ambiguous. I find alien stage as a better way of putting it because not everything has to be in your face to send a message. I was excited to see the highschool au because I knew they wouldn't be as messed up growing in a normal world. When they opted for zomst I was a little disappointed. That said their craft is still amazing but I would like to see the same character in a different setting where they aren't abused, since we have already seen it.
