The part at the end “I know in the scheme of things, it doesn’t matter, but I want to be accountable”. That’s exactly where I sit. I know recycling is largely a waste of time, and my individual reduce and reuse efforts will never come close to counteracting the disgusting amount of pollution almost every industry produces - even if every human was personally responsible, it still would not matter. But I can’t abandon my values. And so I continue to use my reusable items, save what I can, buy second hand clothes, rinse my tin can out to recycle.

Canada’s “leaders” are sad No wonder the country is failing right now. 60 percent of Canadian kids go without the right amount of food. Job loss is at an all time high. Pedos all over the streets. Drugs everywhere. Gayness being forced upon people. Weak people made a weak country.
