Halloween Purple Oreo Cream Cheese Chocolate Chip Pie 💜🕷️👻 Chocolate Chip Oreo Dough * 1 ¾ cups (220 g) all-purpose flour * ½ cup (115 g) unsalted butter, softened * ½ cup (100 g) brown sugar * ¼ cup (50 g) granulated sugar * 1 large egg * 1 egg yolk * 1 tsp vanilla extract * ½ tsp baking soda * ½ tsp baking powder * ½ tsp salt * ¾ cup (130 g) chocolate chips * 6–8 purple BTS Oreos, roughly chopped 💜 Purple Cream Cheese Filling * 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened * ¼ cup (60 ml) heavy cream * 1 tsp vanilla extract * ¼ cup (50g) powdered sugar * Purple food coloring, to taste 👻 Topping * Large marshmallows * Melted chocolate * Extra purple Oreos, optional Instructions 1. Make the filling: Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla and salt until smooth. Mix in purple food coloring. Spoon small portions onto a parchment-lined plate and freeze for 1–2 hours. 2. Make the dough: Cream together butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar. Add the egg, extra egg yolk and vanilla and mix until combined. 3. Add flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Mix until just combined, then fold in the chocolate chips and chopped purple Oreos. 4. Flatten a piece of dough, place a frozen cream cheese portion in the center and completely seal it. Roll into a ball. 5. Arrange the filled dough balls in a greased pie pan and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25–30 minutes, until golden around the edges but still soft in the center. 6.
