We had a dog at this boarding facility I used to work at that had to have his food microwaved but he HAD to see it microwaved so we just had a giant ass Newfoundland in the break room watching his food spin in the microwave but he also wouldn’t eat it on the floor so we had to carry it all the way back to his room for him to eat it on the piece of carpet FROM HIS HOME

I have a patient who comes in weekly for Sub Q fluids and I have a playlist on my phone for her. You have to sing to her as well and cheer for her after she’s done.

I’ll never forget taking care of a rabbit in the hospital who’s favorite movie/music was Barbie Rapunzel. I noticed her getting stressed, so I put an iPad in her kennel with the movie and as soon as the music started, she literally LOCKED in and started munching hay while watching her show 🥹

We had to sing the Cops theme song to a 90lb 5 mo Mastiff pup for him to be still for his blood draws. He ate half a bottle of ibuprofen 🤦🏻♀️BUT he’s doing great and we got it done. 💪🏼
