@breezeaucklandbreakfast: Biscoff Ice Cream Sandwiches ✨ FOUR INGREDIENTS! No churn, one bowl - beyond delicious! You can buy these for $5 each in the shops but we made 14 for just over $15 (could easily have been 16 if our tin was bigger!) Ingredients: •I x packet of Biscoff bikkies •500ml cream •1x 397g tin condensed milk •200g (half a jar) Biscoff spread, melted. We used smooth but crunchy would be great, too! Method: Line a baking tin with non stick paper - use one big enough to fit between 14 and 16 biscuits when laid flat, side-by-side. Ours was 23cm x 33cm Place half the biscuits face down in the bottom of the tin. Set aside. Whip the cream to soft peaks. Add condensed milk and gently whip again until just combined. You can do this by hand or with an electric beater. Melt the Biscoff and gently fold and swirl through the cream mixture. Pour on top of the biscuits and top with the remaining bikkies in the same direction as the ones on the bottom Freeze for a minimum of four hours or, for best results, overnight. Slice into individual ice cream sandwiches and devour! If there are any left over, pop them back in the freezer in a sealed container - they’re ready to go at a moment’s notice. #fyp #biscoff #icecream
