Learnt a long time ago it’s best to be a reasonable person and not a good one. Learn to say no and stop doing things that make yourself uncomfortable to please others. “Don’t set yourself on fire for others to feel warm”.

I will never stop being naive. Looking at the world through the eyes of a child or through the path of not knowing means you’re giving everything a chance. And just like you deserve a fair one, so does everything else ❤️

The lesson isn't to become manipulative just because someone else is manipulative. It's to stop assuming that everyone operates with the same intentions you do. Kindness without discernment can leave you vulnerable. Kindness with boundaries is wisdom!!!!

THIS! This was my biggest lesson after last year. You have got to play the game YOUR way. We are all players living in our own game, and not everyone is playing by the same rules. It was a huge eye-opener for me.

This just made me cry so hard. Hearing this sound on repeat for 20 mins just so I can cry it out. I was just saying the other day and praying about the fact that I can’t tell my ex who also is my daughter‘s father the truth anymore like I used to be such an open book but now if I give him all the information he uses the vulnerability against me and abuses me with my own abuse and vulnerable moments that I’ve been through I can no longer tell him everything the way I used to so it makes me feel like I’m lying. It’s just that I’m not telling every detail and I can’t because he’ll use it against me. This is the most resonating post I’ve seen in a really long time. 🥺 And I really needed to see it.

Machiavelli mindset itself makes you to be manipulator and narcissist. if you're in a position where you're mistreated badly use "sophia wisdom" you will protect yourself without hurting others.💜

When you’re truly a good hearted person, know that trust is earned never given. The facts are some people are bad and some people are good. Place them where they belong and protect your peace

I learned this when i got married and got cheated on. Then his mask came off. But I was in it for the right reasons and was taken advantage of bullied and dragged through the mud. I realized I had to change. I realized that I have become the softest and most ruthless I have ever been.

🏐PRO TIPS TO GET GOOD AT EFOOTBALL Here, I’ve summed it up into the most effective tips to quickly get good at eFootball – from the basics to pro level, but still easy to practice ------------- ➡️Pro Tips to Play eFootball Well 1. Play Patiently (This Is the Main Key) Many players lose because: They rush the attack They panic when under pressure Solution: Build attacks slowly from the back If you’re stuck → reset to the back, don’t force it Remember: the patient usually win 2. Master Passing & Build-Up Use short passes to control the game Don’t spam through passes Combine: 1–2 passes (wall pass) Back pass (to reset the attack) Pro tip: > 5 clean passes > 1 reckless pass 3. Proper Defense (Not Just Random Tackles) Common mistakes: Spam tackles Chasing the ball nonstop The right way: Hold your position (jockey) Block passing lanes Press with just 1 player Good defense = more important than attack 4. Effective Attack Use the “meta” way: Through pass when the timing is right Attack from the wings → cutback to the middle Crossing if your striker is tall Powerful combo: Wing run → pull into the middle → shoot 5. Don’t Sprint Too Much This often makes you lose: Constant sprinting Sprint only when: There’s open space Excessive sprinting = ball is easy to lose 6. Use Comfortable Settings Recommendation: Pass support: Level 2 (balance) Cursor: Semi-assisted Auto feint: ON (for beginners) Settings that fit you = more consistent gameplay 7. Use a Safe Formation For beginners to intermediate: 4-3-3 → balanced 4-2-1-3 → more attacking Don’t change formations too often (so you get used to it) 8. Build the Right Team Focus on: Speed & acceleration Finishing (striker) Defensive awareness (defender) Don’t just look at rating Look at the player’s playstyle 9. Read Your Opponent’s Patterns Pay attention to: Where do they like to attack from? Do they often use through passes or crossing? Once you know the pattern → easier to counter 10. Mental Matters Don’t panic when you concede 9. Read Your Opponent’s Patterns Pay attention to: Where do they like to attack from? Do they often use through passes or crossing?
