@jon.nowa: Sushi at Temple Records in Boston. Honest review 👇 Despite the name, this isn't a record store. It's a record themed spot in Downtown Crossing, and the sushi bar is tucked downstairs beneath a vinyl listening bar. Chef Kenta Katagai runs a 22 seat counter, and every seat is at the chef's counter. Reservations are on Resy. The nigiri is 1 piece per order, so this is a quality over quantity kind of spot. We got the 3 Kan Maguro, which is akami, chu-toro, and toro, and all three were insanely good. The hamachi maki tasted great, though I would have preferred whole pieces of fish instead of the cut up style. The UME shiromi maki was very tasty. You could taste each piece in the roll individually, and it all worked together really well. I also got a yuzu pilsner that was crisp and citrusy. Very easy to drink. Prices run high, but the ingredients are great.
