@bysophialee: our favorite way to make easy fajitas 🌶️ we make fajitas all the time but i accidentally made the BEST batch during a pantry clean out… the secret is pineapple juice. trust me!! ingredients: • [1.5–2 lb] chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces (or thighs! which are probs better but im weird about chicken thighs lol) • 3 bell peppers, sliced • 1 onion, cut into big chunks (break them up as it cooks) • olive oil • 1 packet Siete spicy taco seasoning (any taco seasoning works but this one is def the best) • salt & pepper • 1 can pure pineapple juice • a few squirts of soy sauce • a few squirts of Worcestershire • rice, for serving (or tortillas) how to make it:     1. heat a little olive oil in a large oven-safe pan and add the chicken     2. add the peppers and onion and let everything cook together for a few minutes     3. add the whole taco seasoning packet, salt and pepper, and cook about 5 minutes. it does not need to be cooked through     4. pour the pineapple juice over everything, add the soy sauce and Worcestershire, and give it a good mix     5. bake at 400° for 15–20 minutes, until the chicken hits 165°     6. serve over rice as fajita bowls! notes: I used two cans of pineapple juice but thats probably over doing it. One can would have been totally fine!
