them ground bees are just plain mean and very aggressive, they will chase you. Well, that has always been my experience with them anyways.

Gas kills yellow jackets instantly. Killed many nest by just pouring gas in there and stomping the hole shut. No fire needed.

gas works better dump large cup full then let it sit for a couple minutes keep your head a face back the poof from the fumes kills them all been doing it for years

as a kid, we use to run across alot of yellow jacket nests, we disnt know they always had an extra escape hole, until one day the escape hole was only about 4ft away from the hole we put gas in. had to go back the next day, shoved a glass bottle into the escape hole filled the other one with gas and boooom
