@rachelloveslattes: 📍Diljān Bakery in Brooklyn and WOW. Had this on my list for a while and I think it may be one of the best NYC bakeries I’ve ever had. Sheer Pira was crisp to start but was filled with this thick pistachio fudge that was a bit salty. The light cream on top balanced the bite. The bun was filled with figs, was moist with rose syrup, and just was a delicious bite. #nycfood #nyceats #nycbakery #nyccafe #brooklynny
