I’d love to consolidate to ONE Park Forest district but I was told by a previous mayor that other districts have no interest in that because they will lose that revenue.

I’m TAX OUT it’s RIDICULOUS!!!! HOW DO WE GET THIS REDUCED? Rich East is just sitting EMPTY for several years now! ITS NOT FAIR WE ARE BEING TAXES FOR OTHER SCHOOLS DISTRICTS!!!LEADERSHIP NEEDS TO CHANGE! Police n Fire Department makes to much money, yes let cut some of those salaries down.

My friend has lived there for 10 plus yrs. I’ve seen this area’s taxes go from 3500 a year to now 11,000. Plus his home use to be accessed at 35000 then jumped to 110,000 then he got a new bill this week accessed value 132,000! His house is 989 sq ft and tiny! Nothing fancy, no way would he be able to sell his house for 135,000! Accessed value should never ever be the price “they” think that house will sell! The 110,000 is maybe what he’d be able to sell it for!!!
