@bhatta.bing: Pulled up to Yume Ga Arukara and went with the Spicy Hot Niku Udon, featuring house made udon, sweet and savory sliced beef, chicken broth, scallions, crispy tempura bits, dried shrimp, Japanese pepper flakes, and their homemade chili paste. Broth was money , fantastic noodles, and a nice kick of heat. Cold udon might be the move for a lot of people here, but hot noodles are my lane. Either way, this one deserves a spot on your NYC noodle list.
