@collect: In 2010, Japanese filmmaker Shinji Higuchi helped create the Pokémon TCG’s LEGEND cards, a series featuring powerful Legendary Pokémon like Lugia, Rayquaza, Deoxys, Kyogre, and Groudon. Instead of fitting on one card, each illustration was divided between two cards that formed one massive scene when placed together. Higuchi created some himself and collaborated with artists Sachiko Eba and Noriko Takaya on others. A collector who owned the Rayquaza & Deoxys Legend cards just sold them as a pair in our auction.
