My left side was my good side until I had mastitis. I get about 3-4oz in my right side now and 1-2oz on my left. I’m thrilled about the 1-2oz though because I was getting like 3 drops from the left side while I had it. Mastitis is no joke.

Try the lactation snacks at Walmart in the nursing section. There’s also a lactation brownie recipe online, don’t get discouraged you’ll get it back girl 😩💞
