I walked away a year and a half ago. Off grid homesteading and building a cabin with cash as I go on 300 acres. I'm done with society

The wife and I have 366 acres with live water dead end road about a mile from the Arkansas river.. we’ve planted 300 grape vines around 60 fruit trees so far we have sheep cattle turkeys and chickens. if you’re a member of the community add me. When it goes down we are going to need each other

This is all I wanna do! We literally have a camper and my man says “we can’t just walk away from everything”, but why not? It’s bringing us nothing! We work just to pay bills. We can survive without any of this! Teach the kids things that matter and not the empty useless and wrong information schools teach. They need to learn to hunt and survive and not to sit on video games. I find no reason to stay and it’s so hard to have people around you who think you’re nuts for it. They don’t see the freedom in it that I see!

I grew up off grid. It’s got his own set of problems. Make sure you have community or it might be worse.
