Probably 15 years ago I volunteered at a shelter who had a 14 yo senior cat kept by himself there. He was still there every week. I was DEVASTATED when the shelter emailed all volunteers that he had passed away before being adopted. I still think about him. Thank you for doing this for that old man ❤️

I have just been talking to someone about Roo and Boo, and the wonderful work you do fostering cats and kittens. Can I vote for Rufus for his name? 😅

My family took in a cat that had been raised by his owner since he was a kitten. His owner had become homeless and couldn’t care for Nelson anymore so he surrendered him after 7 years. Nelson was the strangest cat, but he loved me to death. While I was in college he ended up getting cancer and passing, and I always wish his first owner could know.
