thats wild bc my understanding was that cain and Abel were required to give a sacrifice to God, Cain gave crops and Abel gave livestock, God liked one better than the other. Cain got jealous and thats why he killed Abel. guess we all have our own understanding

No, the discrepancy you should’ve pointed out was that the fact that they weren’t the only people in the world that they were women that they have married Adam and Eve weren’t the only ones they had Canaan and there were other people in the world that’s why I came said the others will get me because there were other people unlike the king James version that says that they were the only day with the first man and woman

it does make more sense that it was a woman. They were doing these sacrifices for some time and he could tell it wasn't received. And what did Jesus tell us if you have an offering but have aut with your brother. Leave it ,reconcile ,return then give it. I guess some where in the reconciling things went wrong and emotions got heated .Just my thoughts
