I try to give the people who deserve ot the extra hours, I’ll always let you get your 40 that’s your right but when people start acting up like calling out or slacking in performance I’ll tend to not let them go over 40

my (grocery store) union doesn’t let them send us home early, change our schedule after its put on paper every monday (unless WE swap or accept boss request to stay late or work OT), schedule less than 10 hours apart or 6th day in a week without overtime, or take our lunch before 3rd or after 5th hour 🥰🥰🥰
