In a large bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream until smooth. Add the grated garlic, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and black pepper. Mix well. Fold in the sharp cheddar cheese and finely diced raw red onion. Taste and add salt if needed. Spread the mixture into a lightly greased 8-inch baking dish or small oven-safe skillet.
