@iamviciousjess: According to Fresno Police, officers were called to the area of East Dudley and North Broadway around 3:20 a.m. following a ShotSpotter call. When they arrived, they found a man, later identified as 32-year-old David Gonzalez of Texas, an ICE agent, in handcuffs with a gunshot wound to his stomach. Investigators say Gonzalez had returned to a residence in the area and was found sleeping on the homeowner's front lawn. The 72-year-old homeowner, who also lives at the residence, went outside to ask him to leave. Police say Gonzalez refused to move and assaulted the 72-year-old, forcing him to the ground. The homeowner's daughter then intervened, and Gonzalez allegedly attacked her as well. The 72-year-old victim then produced a firearm and shot Gonzalez in the stomach. Shortly afterward, the daughter's boyfriend, an off-duty police officer, arrived and handcuffed Gonzalez. He was taken to the hospital for treatment and is expected to be booked into Fresno County Jail after he is released. #ice #fresno #559 #centralvalleyca #fresnoca
