This is really sad, because uni should be a new chapter, a time to develop independence, build resilience and learn how to navigate life's challenges. My son came home from university struggling with alcohol misuse and depression. We had to get him the help he needed, and even now, two years later, we're still taking things one step at a time on the road to recovery. For me, this content hits hard. To all young people heading off to university enjoy yourself, make memories and have fun, but PLEASE look after yourselves and each other. Don't be afraid to ask for help when you need it. ❤️🩹
