I’m 43 years old. I was born and raised in Philadelphia and ever since I was a kid the 95 has always had construction going on. I’m guessing before I was even thought of they were still working on the 95. So I think it’s safe to say for over 43 years. They don’t finish whatever it is that they don’t want on the 95. This is outrageous. They need to finish
