@jacksonsness: The song playing in the background of this video is the actual unreleased track “Changes”. The incredible journey of “Changes” began in 1985–1986 during Michael's famous home studio sessions at Hayvenhurst. MJ wrote the song alongside John Barnes, creating a highly energetic, piano-driven track with programmed drums. On this original demo, Michael’s vocals were completely raw, he was mostly humming and murmuring the melody, capturing the pure emotion of the track. Nearly ten years later, during the HIStory era, Michael dug the song out of his vaults to reinvent it. He brought in the legendary Andrae Crouch Choir, completely transforming the track. According to MJ researcher Damien Shields, this new version felt like literal church music, blending a powerful piano with a massive gospel choir. Even after this massive upgrade, Michael kept the song hidden. In the 2000s, he returned to “Changes” yet again, this time collaborating with Brad Buxer. The track accompanied MJ through three major decades of his life, evolving from a raw Bad-era demo into a late-career gospel masterpiece, but it sadly never received an official release.
