Buy you dry pepper and grind it yourself or take it to this same people and watch them grind it for you. Na laziness still cause am when I was young you buy the actual pepper and grind it yourself either with the grinding stone or blender. But now people want instant grinded pepper which gives room for this. The colour was actually what made me suspicious of blended pepper in the market because real dry pepper no dey red e dey orange.
