🦸♂️😇 👼 Abhiram :
:am a 20-year-old survivor of severe childhood trauma, parental bullying, and body shaming. Years of carrying this alone has left my nervous system in constant survival mode, making my body feel physically exhausted and tense every day. I force a fake smile, but my eyes reflect the deep sadness of a hurting boy begging for gentleness. Living with family makes every second hard; the trauma response causes speaking struggles and memory loss that impacts my studies iam 3rd born child now feel faliour because all disabiliti.Sleeping is the hardest part, and I rely on my teddy bear to feel safe. Yet, despite past abuse constantly repeating in my heart, I choose to wake up and show up for college, my friends, , and the street cats. Yesterday, I opened up to my mom about healing, and she hugged me. The pain runs deep, but I am trying to learn to feel safe, one quiet second at a time.
