Mission Beautiful Me :
My body never adjusted. Ended up with gastroparesis. I wish it worked. I also have PCOS but will suffer from that rather than suffer from the constant and terrible side effects of GLP1.

“Sometimes I just wish my body worked like normal.” I’ve never related to something more.😭😭😭 I hate how these medications aren’t yet covered for PCOS. It’s truly life changing.

This. This is what so many people don’t understand, that glp1s are for people with insulin resistance and PCOS and diabetes etc and that they’re potentially medication that we will need long term. They help with so many other things besides weight loss.

2 weeks isn't that long. I have spread my dose out that often as part of maintenence dosing and no problems but I am on a low dose.

The reality of having to stay on a low dose for the rest of my life to control my inflammatory conditions is honestly depressing even though I’m so grateful to finally have something that works. But damn, I really want to be normal as well

I just had my hip replaced and my doctor wanted me to keep taking it and not miss any dose. It has great inflammation relief.

I think I’m an anomaly. Every time I stop taking it for surgery, I go back to taking it at my regular dose and feel fine without any side effects.
