they can't move across the oceans redesigning our land masses at most just earthquake events. you ask how well the whole entire world is connected together by even more land. if you were able to drain some of our oceans you would be able to walk across land to different countries. only the mass of water that can determine which parts of land is exposed by the level of water. easy debunked theory.

If the earth were a sphere his theory may be possible. Since the earth is a flat level plane that is stationary, it is not possible.
