They’re literally saying the Jews got to him because he put money into trying to stop antisemitic hate crimes. These people aren’t pro-Palestine a lot of them are just anti-Jew. They can’t handle any kind of criticism of Hamas and it breaks their brains to even think that 10/7 was bad. They don’t care about Palestinians or even the US’s connection to Israel. If they did the antisemitism would be called out and acknowledged. Instead a lot of them enable actual Nazis or anti-semites to hijack a good cause and harass and silence anyone who points it out

A lot of centerline democrats are finding out about anti-imperialist groups for the first time haha. Every pro-Palestinian group in the city endorsed the event, because it’s not just about the vigil. It’s good to hold politicians accountable when they are capitulating, it’s not those folks fault for paying attention and believing in what looks to you like “scary mean” anti-colonialism
