i have ocd but idk about harm ocd tho but the urges feel real, it’s everyday all day, only relief i get is sleep. it literally feels like i want to grab a sharp object and do it. and im so scared. i’ve had this once before and it’s gone away now 3 years later it came back randomly in august and now it’s been a couple of months and it’s been everyday ever sense. i just wanna be normal, besides my anxiety that i get cuz of the urges. and idk if this is a compulsion but i always think about how i was normal before my ocd got bad. remembering how i never thought these things and now i do. idk if thats a compulsion but i’ve struggled with anxiety all my life. and that was the only thing i hated in life, but now my ocd is bad and anxiety gets worse. god how i wanna be normal..idk what to do

My cousin suffers with OCD so bad.. I feel so sorry for her. She even has problems with the medication because she’s worried so much that it’ll change her ☹️❤️
