On my 3rd tray finally getting better .. i thought it was easy until they put the attachments on after that i questioned everything after omggg 😬😂😂😂😂 but it’s way better now

it definitely gets better girly 😂😂 but here’s a tip for you! when you change to a new tray change it at bed time so all of the shifting happens when you’re sleeping

the lisp will go away by week 3 but the weekly discomfort gets easier. i loved how my teeth aligned once i finished!
