Old recommendation I would say is gauge the drain holes, smaller holes towards the pond larger holes towards the end. That way you can try to get more even flow

The new panels look much better than the chicken wire..plus I was worried they would cut themselves on the chicken wire .it's sharp! I love this design. Really cool. When you gonna feed that water to a garden of food? maybe have a split pipe as an idea .so every time you change you can go back and forth 😁😁😁

The RV drain valve is genius. I have a turtle pond and this would work really good. Also, I like the idea of adding a grass bed. Mine currently just runs out to the street.

you need to position the holes different as well as different sized holds. you want smaller to bigger. then adjust angle of pipe. you get even disbursement

be careful/ we had a duck get her leg caught when she panicked on 2x3 wire fencing we had on ground and she broke it. Hope you don’t have that issue

I did something similar. It drains into my garden that has in ground beds. I drain it into the 2ft deep mulch walkways
