@propertywith_grace: I saw the demolition of this new super store located after Empire Energy @ the entrance of Gwarinpa, which was supposed to officially open next Monday and I overheard a woman saying “and they warned them o”. Now before we bring in “Wike is wicked” sentiment, the first thing that came to my mind at that moment was “How would someone in their right senses open a super store at an entrance that is already always busy, like you are literally rubbing shoulders with passersby while walking that road cos it is obviously the main entrance to Gwarinpa, the said largest estate in West Africa?” Nigerians need to understand that not every free space is meant to be built upon or made use of; just let the space breatheeeee. As painful as this might be, I honestly sympathise with those involved, but I hope we learn sha. “THE SPACE IS FREE DOES NOT ALWAYS MEAN YOU MUST USE IT”
