Tips aren't for the food, they're for table service only and they're for the waiter they go to. These companies make me want to never tip. "We do tip-share" pocket it or sue them. I wasn't trying to tip the company for not doing sh¡τ about your low wages.

Here’s a thought look at Uber drivers look at skip the dishes all these people that drive their vehicles they rely on tips. OK that’s how they make ems meat without that they would not be able to do Skip or any of those things like that. They don’t get an hourly salary per se they get mostly all tips so as an example, someone I know ended up going to superstore picking up a four dollar drink the person actually gave them a tip of an additional five dollars for them going there and just getting them a drink. I think that is what it is about now if you’re in any restaurant and I’m not talking fast food like McDonald’s, Burger King or any place like that I don’t think you should give a tip in places like that because it’s all fast food. Why would you but now if we are talking steakhouses and where people actually pour their heart and soul into making you the products that you want where they can sit down with their families and enjoy a great meal then I believe that a tip should be on the quality of the food, not the quantity of the tip because someone could come out with a say a $30 steak and then taxes and all of a sudden now it’s up to like 50 bucks for this steak but it was so good that they gave them a $20 tip for that $50 steak in a sense you know with taxes and everything because it was proven that that steak was done exactly how they wanted it and everything in every way possible right mashed potatoes that works now if it’s a group event, everybody should pitch in for tip, even if it’s catered in that sense because they poured their heart and soul into everything so I believe that they should be getting a tip but you think McDonald’s Burger King and Tim Hortons and all these places like that no no pizza places oh hell no chicken shacks no mom and pop places bust their behind to make food for you to make it an experience for you McDonald’s all that shit’s already premade, french fries and everything. Well in the back I look at it like this red lobster those waiters and waitresses bust their behind to make you happy so a little common courtesy and a tip that’s what I think. Just make sure it’s worthwhile for them to actually wanna come back to work but some o

Absolutely, you pay into your insurance for decades, and you have to be afraid to make a claim, YRT bus hit my car and knocked out my sideview mirror, the insurance company wanted to write off my car for $6,000, my car is worth $20.000, thank goodness the car was in my possession

Some of the sad situations management upper management will take all the tips and say that it’s for upper management leaving staff without tips that’s why when you ask your waiter or waitress hey do you get to keep your tips if they say it goes in a jar and is specifically divided between the waiters and waitresses that that’s OK and if they say yes, we keep our tips that’s OK but if they say no, we give it to management and what not we get a bonus at the end of the month no, don’t do that do not tip. Make sure that you hand them a tip and to put it in your pocket because it is not right for management to dip their hands and what did they do. They did nothing to earn it. You did all the work keep that in mind when your food is served to you make sure you ask because you wanna make sure that that waiter, waiter or waitress got what they deserved.
